This policy explains how Framework Strategies Limited Liability Co. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through the Framework Strategies website, consultation process, communications, and client portal.

Framework Strategies Limited Liability Co. (publicly known as “Framework Strategies,” “Framework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Arizona limited liability company. This Privacy Policy applies to theframeworkstrategies.com, our consultation intake, client portal, and related online communications that link to this policy.
This policy does not replace a separate client agreement, confidentiality agreement, data-processing agreement, or other written contract. If another agreement applies to particular information, that agreement may provide additional terms.

- Contact information, including your name, email address, business or organization name, website, and communication preferences.
- Consultation information, including the support you request and the business challenges, ideas, or opportunities you choose to describe.
- Client and account information, including portal credentials, user roles, engagement status, service details, agreements, invoices, billing status, messages, notes, tasks, and account activity.
- Documents and other content you upload, send, or share with us.
- Communications and support requests, including emails, portal messages, meeting details, and feedback.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, and interactions with the site. We may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences, and analytics.
3. Analytics and search-performance tools
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and use. Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar identifiers and may receive device, usage, referral, and approximate-location information. We use this information to measure performance and improve the website; we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying consultation or portal content to Google Analytics.
We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to understand how our pages appear in search results, identify search queries that lead to the site, monitor indexing, and address technical search issues. These services primarily provide aggregated search and site-performance information.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in, preferences, or other site functions.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to consultation requests and communicate with prospective and current clients.
- Provide, personalize, secure, and administer services, client accounts, and portal access.
- Manage engagements, documents, messages, meetings, tasks, billing records, and authorized team access.

- To vendors that support hosting, database and file storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, search performance, security, and business operations. Current providers include Supabase, Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites, Resend, Google, and Microsoft/Bing, as applicable to the service provided.
- To personnel, contractors, and professional advisers who need the information for authorized business, legal, accounting, insurance, or security purposes and are subject to appropriate obligations.
- At your direction, with your consent, or to users you authorize for your client portal.
- When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate misuse; or enforce our agreements.
- As part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions in the message. Service, security, billing, and account communications may still be necessary while you maintain a relationship with us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@theframeworkstrategies.com. You may also ask us to close a portal account or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when necessary for contracts, security, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the rights of others.
Residents of states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, which can include rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, preserving engagement history, meeting legal or contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our systems. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship, and legal requirements. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, role-based permissions, private storage, authentication, and activity records where appropriate. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
We investigate suspected security incidents and provide notices when required by applicable law, including Arizona’s data-breach notification requirements.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
